Birthday and Anniversary Cake Options:
- Flourless chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse wrapped in chocolate covered in ganache
- Flourless chocolate cake with dark chocolate mousse and raspberries wrapped in chocolate covered in ganache
- Chocolate praline mousse cake layers of hazelnut meringue filled with a chocolate praline mousse iced in ganache
- Lemon cake filled with a lemon curd, lemon cream and raspberries iced vanilla butter cream and shaved white chocolate
- Carrot cake layers of moist carrot cake filled with a cream cheese icing
- Hazelnut meringue layers of crisp hazelnut meringue filled with fresh whipping cream and fresh strawberries
- Cheesecakes can be made in any flavour chocolate, berry, lemon, caramel, espresso or your suggestion
- Black forest cake cherries and cream
- Tiramisu ladies fingers espresso Kahlua mascarpone cream
